Help Your Dog Be Happy Home Alone — In 12 Weeks, With A Structured Plan
A structured 12-week programme that takes you from constant guilt and panic to actually being able to leave the house.
Doors Now OPEN!!
Doors close Sunday 6th September at midnight.
If your dog struggles with being alone, you'll know this feeling
If your dog has separation anxiety, chances are you're living with at least some of this:
✔️ You can't leave the house without anxiety, guilt, or panic
✔️ Your dog barks, howls, cries, paces, or destroys things when left
✔️ You've been told to "just let them cry it out" — and it feels wrong because it is wrong
✔️ You're constantly rearranging your life around your dog
✔️ You feel judged, misunderstood, or alone in this
✔️ You've tried everything — social media tips, trainers, forums — and nothing has stuck
✔️ You're scared of doing the wrong thing and setting your dog back even further
It's exhausting.
Let me tell you something: it's not your fault
Separation Anxiety is NOT caused by you
Separation anxiety is an emotional panic response. It's not disobedience. It's not lack of training. It's not something you did wrong.
That's why:
✖️ Punishment doesn't work
✖️ Cry-it-out methods make it worse
✖️ Leaving food or toys for them doesn't fix it
✖️ Random YouTube videos and conflicting trainer advice keeps you stuck
To treat separation anxiety effectively, you need:
✔️ A deep understanding of how your dog is feeling
✔️ A clear, structured plan that meets your dog where they actually are
✔️ Consistent training that builds in tiny, manageable steps
✔️ Support from someone who's done this hundreds of times before, when things feel hard
The 12-Week Separation Anxiety Transformation Programme
A structured, step-by-step journey for dog owners who are ready to actually do this the right way.
Over 12 weeks you'll go from where you are now to having a dog that feels safe and calm when left alone. Not a quick fix. A proper, lasting change.
How it works
Each stage builds on the last. You're never guessing what to do next, never rushing your dog beyond what they can handle, never working from a generic "build up by 1 minute, then 5 minutes, then 15 minutes plan.
You start where your dog is. The check-in at the very beginning points you to the right starting point. Severe cases, mild cases, complete beginners, people who've been stuck for years — the challenge meets you wherever you actually are.
Over the 12 weeks you'll work through

Why some people choose the 6 or 12 month options?
Separation anxiety isn't a quick fix. The 12 weeks is where you learn the process and theory and begin to build the foundations, but for a lot of dogs, especially the more severe cases, it takes longer to treat and thats why i want to offer my support for longer.
How long it takes is different for every dog. It comes down to where you're starting from, how consistent you can be, and your dog's history. Some get there quicker, some need longer, and both are completely normal.
That's exactly why the longer options are there. They keep you supported through the part that matters most, staying consistent after the first 12 weeks so the progress holds instead of slipping back. You're not left on your own when the programme ends.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. The programme is built to meet your dog wherever they actually are. I've worked with hundreds of severe cases — this is exactly who it's for. You will get the opportunity to send us your assessment of your dog when you get to this stage in the course so we can help guide and feedback to you on exactly where to start!
-
Most things people have tried weren't designed for separation anxiety specifically. They were general dog training advice applied to a panic response — and panic doesn't respond to training the same way other behaviours do. The structure here is what changes things.
-
The course itself is self paced, with guidance on where you should be at each week.
It is up to YOU to work through this course and begin training with your dogs. We provide all the knowledge and content but you need to start training to see results!
What do we offer throughout?
You have access to a discussion area where you can ask questions any time and we will help!
Live Q and As - We offer Lives so you can ask us questions
Video Reviews - When you assess your dog we ask you to submit this so we can review it and ensure your starting at the right stage. We then advise you can send 1-2 training videos per week (once you start training) for feedback on body language and any changes we may make.
Again this is up to YOU to act on this and send it us! If you don’t during the course, you miss out on valuable feedback! WE do not offer course extensions.
-
Yes. The programme is self-paced. You work through it on your own schedule. Some weeks 15 minutes a day, some weeks more. It fits around real life.
-
Absolutley! As this is a self paced course you can work through it at your own leisure and use our support when you need us in the discussion area! We do offer Live Q and As which may not always be suitable for your time zone, but you can submit questions before these for us to answer for you and you can watch the live back, which has proven to work great for people overseas!
-
You'll have built proper foundations and made real progress. You will loose access to the hub and content.
However, If you want to keep going with hub support from us, you can — at the standard hub rate of £24/month. Or if you took one of the bundles, you've already got 6 or 12 months of continuation built in.

The next opening is January 2027. There'll be a free workshop a few weeks before the doors open — if you're on the waitlist you'll hear about it first.
Doors close Sunday 6th September 2026 at midnight
This is the only way into the hub right now — and it's the only one of these I'm running before January 2027.
